A 23-year-old from the local area was given a 27-week prison sentence, suspended for one year, after pleading guilty to reckless operation of a vehicle.

He added: “They are not only a total disturbance, but they also put themselves and uninvolved individuals at danger of serious injury.”
The statement concluded: “We will continue to take legal action against these individuals and I trust these latest incidents serve as a caution: you won’t get away with it.”
